Resolvd is an AI-native company building digital workers for the parts of hospital operations that are too expensive to staff and too important to ignore. We start with supply chain — rebates, contract compliance, AP — and expand outward as the agents prove themselves.
§ 01 · Thesis
Hospital administrative back office is a quarter-trillion-dollar problem hidden inside an industry that already runs on margins. For forty years, supply chain software promised to fix it and shipped dashboards. The work itself stayed manual. Agents change that.
We do not believe in “copilots” that produce more dashboards. We build agents that do the work end-to-end — read the contract, reconcile the invoice, draft the vendor email, post the credit memo. The output we measure is dollars, not hours saved or efficiency gained.
Each digital worker we ship reuses the same foundation — contract reader, ERP writer, exception router, audit log. That’s the moat. Our incumbents ship a new module every three years; we ship a new digital worker every quarter, on the same shared substrate.
§ 02 · Team
Our team comes from companies building production agentic systems and from the healthcare supply chain trenches. We hire engineers who have shipped agents that touch real money, and operators who have lived inside hospital AP queues.
Building agentic systems that reason over messy real-world data — contracts, invoices, vendor emails — and take real actions inside enterprise systems of record.
Direct experience inside hospital supply chain, AP, and finance teams. We know the workflows because we’ve done them.
Deep ERP integration experience with Workday, Oracle, Infor, PeopleSoft, and the major hospital systems.
